office in Washington DC, USA. The agency was founded on
1st July 2002 and has quickly become established as one
of Scotland’s leading consultancies specialising
in public relations, political relations, media training,
crisis management, event management and strategic marketing.
Halogen Communications is a collective with superior knowledge
and unrivalled experience in politics and the media having
a former Scottish Executive First Minister, a former Scottish
Office Minister and a former Editor of a national daily
newspaper included in the team.
